   A temporary chemical castration has been studied and developed as a preventive measure and punishment for several repeated sex crimes, such as rape or other sexually related violence.

Physical castration appears to be highly effective as, historically, it results in a 20-year re-offense rate of less than 2.3% vs. 80% in the untreated control group, according to a large 1963 study involving a total of 1036 sex offenders by the German researcher A. Langelüddeke, among others , much lower than what was otherwise expected. Compare to overall sex offender recidivism rates.

WARSAW (Reuters) – Irena Sendler, a Polish woman who saved thousands of Jewish children during World War Two by smuggling them out of the Warsaw Ghetto, died in the Polish capital on Monday after a long illness, local media said.

The web portal of Poland’s leading daily, Gazeta Wyborcza, said Sendler, 98, died in Plocka Street hospital early on Monday. The hospital declined to comment on the report.

Using her position as a social worker, Sendler regularly entered the ghetto, smuggling around 2,500 children out in boxes, suitcases or hidden in trolleys.

The children were then placed with Polish families outside the ghetto, created by Nazi Germany in 1940 for the city’s half a million strong Jewish population, and given new identities.

But in 1943 Sendler, who led the children’ section of the Zegota organization which helped Jews during the war, was arrested and tortured by the Gestapo.

97 years old

She only escaped execution when Zegota managed to bribe some Nazi officials, who left her unconscious but alive with broken legs and arms in the woods.

It is my humble opinion that the “therapy” you are suggesting, largely does not work.

Therapy can accomplish only a drop in the bucket of an improvement with such sickos but the REAL statistics are that nearly every single individual who went through this “therapy” will most definitely always end up being a repeat offender, within a few short YEARS after therapy has been completed.

The reason being because these sickos are hard wired in the brain, much like all homosexuals are.

Just like it’s an obvious fact that no amount of “therapy” can ever “convert” someones sexuality to become “non-sexual” or to be converted from homosexual to hetero sexual, in the same way, this sexual deviancy, of child sex offenders, can not be corrected permanently, with any amount of therapy.

At best, therapy can accomplish a very slight amount of diminishing of the behavior or partial time delay, until the deviant sexual behavior is sure to return and harm more children again.

The only “cure” is to lock them up and throw away the key. Either lock them up in jail or lock them up in a mental health facility but only LOCKING UP permanently, can stop them from hurting others.

Leah, this is not merely “my opinion” this is based on actual data, backed by actual evidence and actual statistics.

It would be beautiful if DY would cooperate and go for therapy. However it’s very unlikely that he would really ever BEGIN therapy. It’s unlikely that he will, because the criteria for such therapy is so harsh and difficult for such people, that it’s virtually unheard off, of anyone going for therapy, except when it’s court ordered and forced upon them as a condition of probation or parole.

This court ordered therapy game, is a very big mistake, because they should never be released because this so called “therapy” simply does not work for sexual deviant child molesters.

Therapy can not reform a hard wired brain which is sexually deviantly hard-wired.

It’s simply ALMOST impossible to work. Sure you can have an occasional rare exception perhaps but for the most part it’s guaranteed to not work ever.

There are statistics to prove this.

Those who hold that therapy works are basing it on partial and incomplete and faulty data and on wishful thinking. They are looking at the short term (1 or 2 year results) results and are ignoring long term (10 year and more results) data which proves it to be almost totally ineffective long term.

Their brains are so hard wired, that even physical and or chemical castration is not completely effective.

They can never be “reformed”.

The only thing that is 100% effective, is to lock them up and throw away the key, forever.

Other methods can only, slightly minimize, the incidence but can not stop the abuse.
